Returns
International customers can now submit returns through our online portal. At this time, return shipping costs are not covered by Sea Palm. You may ship your return using any trusted courier service to the address provided in the return confirmation. We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number to monitor your parcel’s journey.
RETURNS POLICY
- We do not offer refunds for returns, including change of mind or incorrect sizing.
- Returns are accepted for store credit only, equal to the full value of the returned item(s).
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item(s).
- Store credits are issued in AED (Dirhams) and can be used on any future purchase.
- Items marked FINAL SALE are non-returnable unless deemed faulty.
- Due to hygiene reasons, accessories, lingerie, and swimwear are not returnable.
- If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at help@seapalm.co immediately.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Please take care when trying on any products.
All garment/s must be returned:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- With all original tags attached.
- In their original packaging.
- Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or washing detergent scents.
- Shoes (if applicable) must be returned in the original box, unworn, and only tried on indoors on clean surfaces.
